Company History

Fire and Rescue Australia is a Family owned business that was formed in November 1994, in Hawthorndene South Australia. The company was initially formed to service the equipment needs of the South Australian Country Fire Service. Since then the company has expanded to become a market leader in specialised Fire, Rescue, Safety equipment and training. Our ability to source and provide equipment that others could not has helped us to establish our place in the market.

Product Supply

Access to a broad range of products ensures we can tailor solutions to meet the individual needs of your company. All staff at Fire and Rescue Australia are experienced with the products and services they offer. Through our consulting services we can also offer site surveys, needs assessment reports, recommended equipment kits and Pre Plans.

Manufacturing

We manufacture our own range of Personal Protective Clothing using a wide range of fabrics in various styles. We have the ability to manufacture a complete range of industrial Protective Clothing specialising in Fire Resistant Workwear and Under Garments. For the Emergency Services we have the ability to manufacture uniforms ranging from Lightweight Wildfire clothing to Australian Standards Structural Firefighting Turn Out Clothing. We specialise in custom and small orders using the latest fabrics.

Fire and Rescue Australia are the leaders in specialist equipment development. With the experience base amongst our staff, we have the ability to solve your equipment problems where a product isn't commercially available.
